Project Goals
Issimi are a startup in the luxury online automotive auction space, aiming to be a comprehensive auction and management house for luxury buyers. They tasked Brandwidth with simplifying the online auction experience for their customers.
- expand upon Issimi’s existing brand identify (initially just the logo and two shades of green)
- apply new branding throughout UI components with a uniform set of sizes, styles, and spacing that would add to a uniform auction experience
- clean up the auction flow and make it more seamless, while still including security/verification checks
- consolidate the sitemap to be more lean

My Role
As the design lead on this project, every decision had my fingerprints on it. Starting from the ground up, I worked with stakeholders to develop clearer brand foundations based around their existing logo to position them within the market and inform all communications.
Next was wireframing, lofi designs, and user research (courtesy of Brandwidth’s own Millie Spalding) to cover public-facing, login side, and Deluxe Membership-specific flows, actions, and assets. We eventually developed an easy-to-use interface which ensured the process of buying and selling classic cars, now backed by industry-leading identity verification and payment security.
Outcome and Conclusion
The platform is scalable, multi-lingual and easy to deploy, meeting the legislative requirements of all interacting parties throughout North America and the EU. This ensured both peace of mind for all participating sellers, and a safe and seamless experience for their customers.
